Hi everyone! We’re back, and just in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a sweet trio of mini wreaths!
For this month’s wreath we decided to use vintage jello molds, cookie cutters (heart shaped of course) and a few other kitchen items. The plaza has a ton of these molds at very reasonable prices.
First we arranged them on the table…
Then we used an embroidery hoop as a guide to make sure the wreath was circular in a way that would hang correctly.
Then we used good ol’ hot glue to fasten all the molds to each other.
We used red twine to hang them from kitchen cabinets, bringing some Valentine’s cheer to the hub of the household.
We love these mini wreaths because the difference in shapes is complemented by the unification of color and sheen. They’re vintage yet modern, with a little bit of romantic charm!

And this copper heart mold was just perfect by itself!
This little wreath reminds us of sugar-coated gumdrops.
This project was truly a labor of love: It didn’t take much labor, and that’s what we love!
What projects are you guys working on for Valentine’s Day? We’d love to see or hear about them!
